dymn.io is published by dymn.io LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. On this page, dymn, we and us mean that company.

These terms cover this website. Each app dymn publishes is bought through the App Store or Google Play and is governed by that store's terms together with the app's own licence, which is shown before purchase.

This website

The content of dymn.io is provided as it is, for information. It describes software that is still being built, and descriptions of unreleased software change. Nothing on this site is a contract, a warranty or a commitment to ship a particular feature on a particular date.

The name and the marks

dymn, the dymn wordmark and the dymn mark are ours. So are the names, marks and interface designs of the apps, including All I Need. You are welcome to write about dymn and to illustrate that writing with the marks as they are published, unchanged. You may not use them to suggest that dymn made, endorsed or is connected to something it did not.

Buying an app

Apps are sold once. There is no subscription. Payment, receipts, refunds and family sharing are handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own terms, and dymn has no ability to process a refund on their behalf. If a purchase goes wrong, the store is the place it can be fixed, and we will help you get there.

Liability

dymn's software is a tool, and a tool can be wrong. A packing list can be missing something. A forecast can change after it was fetched. Check anything that matters. To the extent the law allows, dymn is not liable for loss arising from relying on the output of its software, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to what you paid for the app in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing here removes a protection the law of the country you live in gives you and does not allow to be signed away.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
